Cancellation Policy

We offer a 72-hour cancellation policy to our guests, free from any penalty. Guests whom cancel within the 72-hour period prior to their charter or are a No-Show for their charter will not receive a refund unless guest has purchased Trip Protection. We encourage all guests to purchase trip protection for any vacation. This policy includes missed charters due to COVID related cancellations and no-shows. Seas the Day Charters offers Travel Protection at time of booking. Travel protection is provided by most credit card issuers and private providers including American Express Travel. *Semi-private tours require a minimum number of guests to go out. If we do not meet the minimum, we will try to rebook you to a different excursion or a different day. *In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Seas the Day Charters reserves the right to cancel your charter and refund your money or to re-book you for a future date. Severe weather, while unusual in the Virgin Islands may include high winds and rough seas. Rain does not constitute severe weather, as it typically passes within the hour. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged full price.
