AMDI plans to conduct its initial public offering (IPO) through the New York Stock Exchange American with the symbol ‘AMDI’ through its underwriter, Kingswood Investments, a division of Kingswood Capital Partners, LLC (or Kingswood), which is acting as the sole representative of the underwriters. AMDI anticipates a public offering price between $3.50 to $4.50.

He listened to basically what we wanted to do and then crafted the itinerary to perfection. We circumnavigated St. John and he took us to some of the most beautiful spots for snorkeling and just relaxing in the water. His superb timing got us to Lime Out for lunch at JUST the right time to secure us the best Lilly pad in the house! He was personal and informative and took the trip (which would have been great by itself) to the next level. Highly recommend!!

We are a 3 generation family of 11 with six kids ages 9 and under. Captain Alex and First mate Aaron found out exactly what we like to do and they made it happen. The snorkeling was amazing, lunch from the pizza boat was delicious and fun and the time out on the water all day cannot be beat. Thank you Seas the Day and especially to Alex and Aaron. They answered all of our many questions about the island and gave us the best information. They were so knowledgeable!
