Located in Coral Bay you’ll find the newest and coolest place to enjoy some refreshing island drinks and fresh food. Lime Out Vi is the brainchild of Richard Baranowski, owner of Lime Inn ( a fan-favorite place to eat in Cruz Bay ). He, along with Dylan Buchalter, Dane Tarr, wives Chelsea and Val and chef Amaro Rivera have created a truly unique eats and drinks experience!

Since their launch they’ve been featured in articles by Lonely Planet, Coastal Living, St John Magazine and Travel + Leisure to name just a few!

So what can you expect?

First, expect to get wet. Give in to it. Embrace it. Enjoy it. Have some fun!

Their menu consists of a selection of tacos all made with fresh fresh ingredients. Here’s a sampling of their menu …  Ceviche Taco ($8): Fresh catch ceviche, pink grapefruit, orange segments. red onion, cilantro,  jalapeno peppers, chilli garlic passion fruit dressing,  radishes, chipotle cole slaw. Short Rib Tacos ($9): Slow braised short ribs. smoked paprika, feta cheese, radishes, cherry tomatoes, Josephine’s micro greens. Green Curry Chicken Taco ($7): Green curry chicken. diced potatoes. pickled red onions. cilantro, radishes. mint. The Vegan Taco ($7): Veggies. smoked paprika black frijoles (beans). quinoa salad. tomatoes, cucumbers, onions. guacamole, jalapenos. Surf + Turf Taco ($10): Short rib • blackened shrimp. feta cheese. Josephine’s micro greens. radishes, guacamole.

And a sampling from their creative drink menu …all craft cocktails 16 oz/$12. The Danger: Thai chili infused lOO% blue agave tequila, frosh watermelon juice. fresh lime juice, pineapple simple syrup. Mako Jumbie: Cruzan light rum. fresh lime juice, mint simple syrup. prosecco topper. Mudda Tucker: Chocolate peanut butter coquito with plenty of rum.  Dielan’s Lemonade: Tito’s® vodka, fresh squeezed lemonade, splash of ginger beer. Harbor Cooler: Gin, cucumber infused soda. fresh lime juice.

They also carry a selection of non-alcoholic drinks, fruits juices, water and tea.

And take home a souvenir of your day spent with Lime Out VI. They have a nice selection of Lime Out swap including tee shirts, hats, kids sun shirts, and travel mugs.

Know before you go!

Lime Out asks that guests do not swim, kayak or paddle board to the boat. Located 100 feet offshore, they ask that you reach them by vessel. They have a floating bar for you to sit at once you arrive or you can get your cocktails / tacos delivered or pick them up yourself !
And yes, they do take credit cards ; )

Directions to Lime Out VI floating Bar:
Take Centerline Road (Highway 10) or North Shore Road heading East. At Columbo Smoothie Shop – Centerline and North Shore merge. Travelers on North Shore Road will bear left when they reach Centerline. Centerline travelers will simply continue on down the hill into Coral Bay. At the intersection at bottom of the hill continue straight for several hundred yards. Parking is available at the Coral Bay Dinghy Dock on your right. You can also add a stop at Lime Out to your day charter. Ask your captain to include a visit …
